Shave the honor to enclose herewith three Notifications which have been issued by me since the departure of the last Mail from this.

One being a republication of a previous Notification by Sir Henry Pottinger against Officers of Government absenting themselves without leave.

One modifying the fees taken in the Office of the Police Magistrate; it having been decided in Council that those previously exacted were too large.
